DESIGN ON A DIME
Housing Works' inaugural Design on a Dime Miami was held in February of 2016 at the Moore Building in Miami’s Design District and raised over $300,000.
Grammy Award-winning artist Lenny Kravitz and designer Ken Fulk were presented with the first Housing Works ‘Giving by Design’ Awards for their work on behalf of the HIV/AIDS community.
Wade Hallock invites Monica to join his team for DOAD Miami and they decide to do something fun and different creating a store set up instead of the usual staging.
(below) Monica Arellano returns to Design on a Dime Miami to collaborate with Miguel Lewis and Stephanie Benhamu. The theme was The Salamander.
