Delivery & Returns

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are usually shipped within 48 hours from the order date but it may take up to 4 days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2-3 business days.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard (Flat Rate)

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 4 – 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 – 13 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays

Express 

  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Yea’s Eve, New Year’s Day.Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Next Day 

Next Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 11:00am PST. Orders placed before 11am PST will arrive the following business day, by end of day. Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Yea’s Eve, New Year’s Day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

The following Return/Exchange Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.rednoir.com.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

Please note all final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Returns must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Ask us for a return form and check off the items you wish to return/replace and list the reason. Securely pack your merchandise in a box in the original package preferably. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for shipping costs related to returns/exchanges. Return/exchange shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

  1. FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed with tags and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).

RETURN LIMITATIONS

 

Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED

Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. Exchanges by mail are not permitted for returns from U.S. territories and APO/FPO.

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date. As soon as we are informed, we will review your case and will ask you to send us pictures of the item(s) and the packaging. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label if when we conclude that we sent a damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

To ensure proper processing, we will provide you with a return for and ask you to please select the appropriate Return/Replace reason. In addition, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return Form. Upon receipt of your return, We will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

REFUNDS

 

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Returns for Online Purchases made with Gift Cards, E-Certificates or Store Credit:

Refunds can only be made to the exact Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate or Store Credit used for the original purchase. Please retain the Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate and/or Store Credit after your online purchase, for return refunds and future purchases.
