MONICA ARELLANO
Co-Founder of Rednoir. Expertise covers product design to large scale event design with over a decade of experience in the entertainment scene. As interior designer she has worked with high profile clients like Sony Music and sports celebrities. Her work has been featured in London’s 100% Design, London Design Festival, Design on a Dime NY and Miami, HGTV, Discovery channel, Hola TV, Telemundo and more.

ALEJANDRA POZO
As an advocate for innovation and continual improvement, she firmly believes that embracing change is pivotal for growth and evolution. Her experience with multinational companies such as Fiat Chrysler and Pfizer and her passion for technology is the perfect combination to position herself as the brain behind a company structure and business development.

With extensive background in the luxury market encompassing events and client relations working with brands such as Gucci, Rolex, Six Sense to name a few, he brings top level service to clients.

In charge of doing quality control for RN products . Her roll also includes being the mood regulator and one of her top priorities is to keep the team happy!
